The Antech Constructions Process
Comprehending Your Desires and Land (Needs Assessment)
Our journey begins with YOU – a thorough understanding of your family, lifestyle, and the unique facets of your dream home. There’s no haste – we patiently guide you in refining your vision, leveraging our deep experience to account for aspects you may not have contemplated. We then evaluate your land onsite (including aspect, slope, surrounding neighbourhood, streetlights, power lines, footprint etc.) to devise the optimal strategy to breathe life into your ideas, providing cost estimation for an assured start.
The Transition from Ideas to Design (The Blueprint of Perfection)
Here, we assist in categorizing your ideas (from wishful desires to imperative inclusions) and encapsulate them into an ingenious architectural design that delivers all the features, finishes, and comforts you desire within an efficient and affordable structure. Our Colour Specialist will aid in your selections. We will provide a firm price and initiate the approval process.
Establishing the Right Foundations (The Groundwork)
Anthony personally supervises all earthworks (including retaining walls) to ensure impeccable site preparation. We integrate both piers and foundations, ensuring your home has a robust base. Once Engineer approval and our stringent quality checks are passed, the concrete slab is poured.
The Ascent (The Frame)
Our skilled team crafts your frame onsite, selecting the finest timber to guarantee robustness and accuracy. Following the design, steel beams, a floor system, and the second floor are added. Trusses are installed, paving the way for your roof.
The Exterior Facade (Enclosure)
We then proceed to embellish your homes exterior that includes the facia, gutter, roofing, windows, and doors. Subsequently, the services are added including pipework, and wiring for air-conditioning, data, power points and light switches. Once all services are installed and meticulously checked via our quality assurance processes, the brickwork and cladding are ready to be installed. We conduct another rigorous quality assurance check to ensure everything is perfectly straight and level before we add insulation and gyprock to the inside walls.
The Heart of the Home (Interior Fixing)
We now turn our focus to the interior with waterproofing and tile beds in the bathrooms, cabinetry installation, doors and skirting boards. Wet area tiling and kitchen splashbacks follow suit.
The Final Brush Strokes (Practical Completion)
An additional meticulous quality assurance review ensures the perfect canvas before painting begins. Rather than relying on a single superficial coat, our thorough painting process is painstakingly detailed to give you an exquisite finish that lasts. Following an elaborate painting process done to perfection, we complete the plumbing and electrical work, while also installing basins, shower screens, mirrors, taps, lights, wardrobe shelving and security screens. Final interior touches are done with floor coverings including tiles, timber floors, and carpet of your choice. The exterior isn’t overlooked, with attention given to external tiling, pool, landscaping, fencing, driveway, and the letterbox before giving everything a thorough clean and another rigorous quality assurance check to ensure perfection.
Handing over The Dream (Handover & After Sales)
This is the exciting day you get to see your finished home. We are dedicated to addressing any questions or concerns until you are completely satisfied. One final polish and we present you the keys along with detailed instructions for your new home. We will return after 4 weeks to fine-tune any details and revisit after a year to ensure your home remains perfect. Our team is committed to support you for as long as you reside in your home.
