Start by designing your new home. With an award winning builder you can create distinctive living spaces that reflect your lifestyle. Once you have settled on the layout of your new home, we have plans drawn up and provide you with a full turnkey quotation to build your new home.
Having signed your building contract, the next step is the demolition. Our team have years of knowledge and expertise in this field and can manage and complete this step for you making the process seamless and stress free.
What’s involved with a demolition of a home?
A site assessment will be required to quote for the demolition. An application will need to be made for Council approval along with the disconnection of services (electricity, gas, water and drainage).
Demolition work is only completed by an approved licensed demolisher. An entire house can be completely demolished in a matter of days.
Once the demolition is complete, we are ready to begin the building journey of your luxury custom home. We guarantee your home will be finished on time and on budget.
